This is a set of screenshots varying the visual aspects of a COVID-19 related binding interface.

The images depict results on species variability of the binding interface between ACE2 and spike RBD from a bioinformatics analysis. The interacting residues are colored in a pink color scale according to the Haddock docking score from Rodrigues et al. and their size is varied according to residue conservation assessed through a Shannon entropy measure.
