The majority of these genes are highly (14%) or moderately (32%) expressed in all tissue types (D). The majority (80%) of mRNA molecules in frontal cortex codes for proteins expressed in most tissue types analyzed, 4% of detected transcripts are brain-enhanced and 9% are brain-enriched (E).
