Positive correlation of HP1 and Ki-67 levels in breast cancer.

AnnLevels of HP1α, HP1β and HP1γ IHC signal were positively correlated with Ki-67 levels in breast cancer patients. 0 indicates no or low expression and 1 denotes high expression of respective HP1 subtype, as shown in Fig. 2, and Ki-67 level, respectively.
