(B) The leaf angles of four independent T0 transgenic lines were associated with the expression of AtLOV1 in plants as detected by RT-PCR (noting that AtLOV1 pre-mRNA could be alternatively spliced in switchgrass, yielding the transcripts AtLOV1.1 and AtLOV1.2). Different letters above the bars indicate statistically significant differences (α = 0.01). (C) Southern blot analysis with an hph probe showed T-DNA integration in five T0 transgenic lines.
