KampingaHEK293 cells were co-transfected with myc-tagged HSPB5 mutants (R120G, 450 Δ A or 464 Δ CT) and HSPB4-V5 at 1:3 ratio After 48 hours, cell lysates (Input) were immunoprecipitated with anti V5 (rabbit) antibody, followed by detection of HSPB5 mutants by an anti-myc antibody (IP).
