Growth phenotype of cp-pgm plants.

A, Seeds were sowed on MS medium containing sucrose and antibiotics (kanamycin [50 µg/mL], hygromycin [50 µg/mL]). Plants were grown under long day conditions (16 h light/8 h dark) and were two-week-old. Bar = 1 cm. B, cp-pgm plant before trypan blue staining.
