The expression of PC1 in osteoblasts 72-infected and con-shRNA group. Compared with con-shRNA group, the levels of PC1 in lentivirus-shRNA#1, 2, 3 and 4 subgroups were reduced by 31.9%, 51.1%, 39.6%, and 63.2%, respectively.
