In an unbiased analysis approach using the Qlucore Omics explorer software to generate a heat map, clustering of the participants based on cytokine expression levels coincided with the two study groups (Controls n = 11 and MPA users n = 8). Over-expressed cytokines are depicted in red and under-expressed cytokines in green.
