Results are compared to a healthy cohort which is marked by horizontal lines (t = 50, SD = 10). The horizontal line inside the “box” represents the median. The boundaries of the “box” indicate the 25th and 75th percentiles; the whiskers indicate the largest and smallest observed values. P-values given in the figure are derived from Bonferroni's post hoc test after two way ANOVA (cases vs controls): **P<0.01 ***P<0.001.
