HahnAll morpholinos knock down expression (Nfe2 lanes 2,3; Nrf1a lane 5; Nrf1b lane 7; Nrf3 lane 9) and for nrf1 morpholinos there is specificity for each paralog (data not shown). Scintillation counts, presented as percent decrease over control, give a quantitative measurement of knockdown success.
