Specimens were stained with CD11b(green), Iba-1(red), iNOS(red) or DAPI(blue) respectively. Representative images were merged and shown (1:200). Data are obtained from three independent experiments (n = 4–5 in each group). *P<0.05 vs. Sham control; #P<0.05 vs. CLP group.
