Western blots analysis of 19-BJB in 24 h.

(A) T24 cells were treated with 19-BJB in varying concentration for 24 h and total cell lysates were analyzed for the expression of DNA damage repair related protein PARP-1, cleaved PARP-1, p-H2A.X. Equal protein loading was confirmed by reprobing membrane with β-actin after stripping.
