Western blots analysis of 19-BJB.

T24 cells were treated with 19-BJB in varying concentration for 48 h and total cell lysates were analyzed for the expression of DNA damage repair related protein PARP-1, cleaved PARP-1, p-H2A.X, Chk1, Chk2, p-Chk1 and p-Chk2. The apoptosis related protein caspase-3 and cleaved caspase-3 were also analyzed (A). Equal protein loading was confirmed by reprobing membrane with β-actin after stripping.
