(A) SDS-PAGE analysis of 10 μg of milk, egg white, wheat, corn or soy bean protein samples extracted with 1% SDS and 1% 2-ME (+) (A) or 1% SDS (-) extraction buffer (A-C) at 60°C for 15 min by Coomassie brilliant blue staining (A) or by immunoblot using 1H3 (B) or 6A12 (C) mAbs. In (B,C) purified bovine β-casein (2 μg) was loaded as a positive control. The position of the molecular mass standards is indicated on the left.
