Gilman, Alessandra LuchiniOne mL of urine was incubated with nanoparticles. Following nanoparticle incubation, nanoparticles were eluted, separated by SDS-PAGE, and transferred to a PVDF membrane. The membrane was then immunoblotted for mouse anti SAG1 (3A) and mouse anti GRA1 (3B). 3A and 3B are representative of the hospitalized group.
