TcdB1^1285-2366 loses strong binding to CSPG4 on the cell surface.

The surface binding experiment showed that full-length TcdB1 but not TcdB1^1285-2366 robustly bound to the HeLa WT cells. Both TcdB1 and TcdB1^1285-2366 are only weakly bound to the CSPG4 knockout cells.
