Taxonomic trees summarising placements of contigs from 143 Arctic & Atlantic MAGs based on BLAST searches

Trees summaring the placement of contigs in 143 Metagenome Assembled Genomes (MAGs). MAGs were searched against NT (for prokaryotes) and MMETSP (for eukaryotes) and taxonomically assigned with MEGAN-LR. Trees show the number of contigs assigned directly to a node above the branch, and the number assigned to this node or a descendent below the branch.
