Supplemental Figure 1: Flow Cytometry Gating Strategy for the Analysis of NK cell and TH17 cells subsets.

A subset of pregnant rats undergoing the RUPP procedure also received a mini-osmotic infusing 100 pg/day of a soluble IL-17 receptor (IL-17 RC) into the intraperitoneal cavity from GD14-19. On GD 19, blood and placentas were collected, processed, and analyzed via flow cytometry. The gating strategies for (A) NK cells and (B) TH17 cells is shown.
