Stress assays of T6SS mutants and EiWT exposed to SNP in MM19-P.

The mean photon emission was obtained from each mutant and positive (EiWT) and negative (no bacteria) controls. The data represent the mean ±SD from one experiment. The experiment included three replicate wells for each mutant and control. Negative control was used to subtract background noise bioluminescence from each sample.
