Sites under positive selection in Clade 1
Fig 13, MEME Analysis of species in Clade 1 (European Seabass, Large Yellow croaker, Blue Tilapia, Nile Tilapia and Atlantic Cod) at a p-value of 0.05 returned 12 sites under positive selection.
Analysis of the location of these sites using LRRsearch and HMMER revealed that the sites were located in the LRR region (3), in the CARD domain (1), the NOD domain (4), 3 in a helical HD2 domain and one in a region not located in any domain.
