RhoA activity in MAT-induced cells

Total RhoA and GTP-bound RhoA (separated by pulldown with GST-rhotekin) were detected with immunoblotting using anti-RhoA antibody. Fold change values (treated vs. control) were estimated with densitometric quantification of band intensities. Representative results of three independent experiments.
