ROC curves for inflammatory markers produced by macrophages.

ROC curves were calculated for TNF-α, NO, TGF-β and IL-10 produced by macrophages which showed significant differences in mean concentration levels in the culture supernatant. Detailed information on the AUCs is shown in Table 2. Higher values on the y-axis correspond to higher sensitivity, whereas lower values on the x-axis correspond to higher specificity.
