3 plant generations, under 3 plant conditioning treatments used: (a)
historically grown with Brassica rapa, (b) historically grown without
plants, and (c) historically grown with Bouteloua curtipendula. Following
this selection, microbial communities were inoculated onto Brassica rapa plants
under wet or dry conditions.
