Protein sequences of Fld-LPs of C. glabrata, S. cerevisiae, C. albicans, Aspergillus fumigatus, Paracoccidioides brasiliensis, Bacillus cereus, E. coli, Homo sapiens and Arabidopsis thaliana were retrieved from the UniProt database (https://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/), and aligned and coloured using the Clustal Omega server (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/Tools/msa/clustalo/). Sequence alignment, corresponding to 127–198 amino acids, in the C-terminal region of CgPst2 is shown. The red arrow points to the conserved R174 residue in CgPst2.
