R presence of TCR signaling. 16610D9 cells were transduced with indicated retroviruses and stimulated with soluble anti-CD3 antibodies plus protein A-streptavidin for indicated lengths of time. Whole cell lysates were used for immunoblotting with antibodies against indicated proteins. (B) Immunoblot analysis of MAP kinase activation in sorted DP thymocytes.
