Figure 4 | Phylogenetic Tree Based off of Genome

Using phyloT: a phylogenetic tree generator we created a phylogenetic tree using taxonomic data from NCBI. The following species were used: Salmo salar, Salmo trutta, Oncorhynchus tshawytscha, Oncorhynchus kisutch, Hucho hucho, Homo sapiens, Esox lucius, Oncorhynchus mykiss, Delphinapterus leucas. Internal nodes were expanded, polytomy was set to "yes," and it was formatted as a newick file without ignoring errors.
