HMMER - EMBL - EBI results for TLR5, soluble TLR5 (sTLR5), and potentially soluble forms of TLR5 ((s)TLR5) for the following species: Salmo salar, Salmo trutta, Oncorhynchus tshawytscha, Oncorhynchus kisutch, Hucho hucho, Homo sapiens , Esox lucius, Oncorhynchus mykiss, Delphinapterus leucas. Protein translation of CDS sequences (See Complete Aligned multi-FASTA of Toll-like Receptor 5 (TLR5) CDS) was created using MUSCLE in AliView. Protein translation CDS was then uploaded in FASTA format into HMMER. The HMMER analysis show two figures: Top - purple and red boxes represent leucine-rich repeat (LRR) domains and turquoise shapes represent Toll/interleukin-1 receptor (TIR) domains.
