of amino acid identity between loci were calculated using blastp (E-value <
1e-10) and are presented in grayscale. Black lines with arrows indicate
amplicons with different sets of primers, and images of corresponding gel bands
were put on the side. Vertical bars stands for boundaries of fragmented

homologous putative sat and aprAB genes. Mobile elements were
indicated as different symbols which could be found in the figure legend. The
primer information is as listed in Supplementary Table
