Our conclusion is that vapor performs well in validating SVs in normal regions, but poorly in repeat regions. On the other hand, bar chart (b) depicts the SVvalidation-validated ratio of SVs in repeat and normal regions, indicating that SVvalidation has a better performance in validating SVs in repeat regions than vapor does.
