Cells were lyzed and total mRNA was extracted. RT-PCR was performed as described in Materials and methods. The intensity of the respective and c-bands was measured by densitometry. Results were expressed as the ratio between c-values divided by those of the internal control and were the mean of three independent experiments. CT, control.
