A total of 461 proteins were identified as significant across time and disease severity. (A) At time zero, there’s an even distribution of proteins that were up or downregulated between the moderate to severe group and the mild group (See S1 Fig in S2 File for other time points). (B) Differences between the moderate to severe group and the mild group are mapped across time and split by severity level, resulting in four major sets according to initial protein abundance and direction of fold-change. (C) Top 5 significant non-redundant Reactome pathway mappings, and respective p-value, for each of the four sets (refer to S3 Table in S1 File for Reactome pathway identifiers).
