(A-D) Antibody reactivity correlations between each pair of P. vivax PE antigens (full-length, N-terminal and C-terminal PvCSP-VK210, PvSSP3, PvM2-MAEBL, PvCelTOS and PvSPECT1). Pairwise Spearman’s correlations were determined between RI for each antigen at day 0 (acute phase), 90, 270, and 360. Correlation matrices were clustered using the ward.D2 hierarchical agglomerative clustering method. Shown are Spearman’s ρ and significance adjusted for multiple testing using the Holm method. * p<0.05; ** p<0.01; *** p<0.001. Spearman ρ>0.60 and adjusted p-value <0.01 are indicative of a strong positive and highly significant correlation. The coloring of the cells represents the sign of correlation: blue gradient for positive correlation and red gradient for negative correlation. The size of background squares represents degree of correlation corresponding to the values shown in each cell.
