posted on 2022-03-13, 23:24 authored by Sruthi RaviSruthi RaviFig 14, MEME Analysis of species in Clade 2 (Brown Trout, Rainbow Trout, Chinook Salmon, Coho Salmon, Atlantic Salmon) at a p-value of 0.05 returned 63 sites under positive selection all which were located in the LRR region. To find the most significant sites, we reduced the p-value to 0.01 which returned 12 sites.
Analysis of the location of these sites using LRRsearch and HMMER revealed that all of the sites were located in the LRR region.
