tumor cell lines in wild-type C57BL/6 mice, Tag- or Tag × CEA-transgenic mice. Depending on whether the proteins represent self or foreign antigens they can be regarded as TAA or TSA. In spontaneously developing autochthonous tumors both CEA and Tag represent TAA.
