RedlichThe IC50 values for serial samples collected pre and up to 200 days post vaccination were calculated using the RBD-ACE2r competitive ELISA assay. Each symbol is a different individual previously described in Wisnewski et al Plos One 20201 [21]. Arrows on X-axis indicate timing of booster shots for subjects that received Pfizer-BioNTech (square), or Moderna (circle, triangle and inverted triangle). Note all samples were tested in duplicate and %CV < 10%.
