Column purified CD4+ T cells from naïve PLP TCR Tg. CD11c-DTA SJL mice or PLP TCR Tg. DTA control mice were adoptively transferred into Rag2 -/- SJL recipient mice (n = 4–5 mice/group). Clinical signs of EAE were assessed daily in recipient mice for the indicate time and are shown as mean clinical EAE ± SEM.
