C9-ALS and control images

All of the images included in our study. Image codes show marker (CD68/FUS/GFAP/Iba1/TDP43), brain region (BA), matter type (GM/WM) for grey or white matter, and (non)-vascular adjacency (NVA/VA). Three images were taken for each region.
