Solid lines represent mean (and standard deviation) for the training group (JUMP), broken lines for the control group (CTRL). Two measurements were taken during baseline data collection (BDC-13 and BDC-3), four during bed rest (HDT13, HDT30, HDT45, HDT60) and two during recovery (R+7, R+14). Values during the recovery phase that differ significantly from BDC-3 values are marked with an asterisk symbol (separately for CTRL and JUMP).
