Equivalent results using the other data imputation approach are shown in S6 Fig. Covariates: age at accelerometer wear, sex, ethnicity, season, smoking, SEP (education, Townsend area deprivation index, and income), BMI, and 3 indicators denoting whether the participant had had cardiovascular disease, cancer, or respiratory disease prior to accelerometer wear.
