Additional file 2: Figure S2. Photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate, and water use efficiency in wild-type (WT), OsCBM1-overexpressing (OE), and RNA interference (RNAi) transgenic plants under both normal growth and drought stress conditions. Six-week-old plants grown in pots filled with equal amounts of paddy soil were subjected to drought stress treatment by withholding water. After 10 d, the last fully expanded leaves were used for the analysis. Data are means of three biological replicates (n = 12). Bars annotated with different letters represent values that are significantly different (p ≤ 0.05) according to a one-way ANOVA analysis.
