(B) hIL-6, IL-10 and vIL-6 genes expression in lenti vIL-6/THP-1 and parental THP-1 cells. Cells were stimulated with LPS for 1 hour and total RNA was harvested. Fold activation over parental THP-1 without stimulation is shown. lenti vIL-6 THP-1: vIL-6 expressing lentivirus transduced THP-1 cells, THP-1: parental cells.
