An 80-year-old man without a significant stenosis in LAD. After successful RCA-PCI, LAD-CFVR decreased from 2.41 to 1.63 due to the reduction of hDPV. LAD, left anterior descending artery; CFVR, coronary flow velocity reserve; PCI, percutaneous coronary intervention; RCA, right coronary artery; hDPV, hyperemic peak diastolic velocity.
