DISCLAIMER: These are the results of an automated pipeline - single gene annotations have to be manually curated in order to draw conclusions from the data.

Putative resistance genes are displayed in red, transposable elements in purple, hypothetical proteins in grey, integrases in yellow, plasmid associated genes in green, other genes in yellow. Numbers to the outer right of ARG locus show number of genomes containing the respective locus, numbers to the inner right show ARG amino acid identity towards subject.
