vCA1 electrophysiology (Estrus, Diestrus, OVX)

The zip file contains raw data obtained from wireless vCA1 recordings in freely behaving animals. Control and MSEW mice were recorded during estrus, diestrus, and five days after ovariectomy. Animals were recorded in the home cage (HC) followed by the open field (OF) at each time point. 

Files require Neuroexplorer software for analysis. Data filtering and normalization are described in the methods section of the manuscript.
