 As requested by Frontiers, all the data accompanying in our manuscript(1170893) has been available as public data in GEO database (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo) and The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database (www.Cancer.gov/). We obtained TCGA-BLCA, GSE13507 and GSE130001 using the URLs provided above, following the procedure outlined in the manuscript(1170893).
