dataset
posted on 2024-06-11, 06:20 authored by The Pennsylvania State University
nrfA sequencing was performed on samples taken from soils that had a history of being amended with synthetic fertilizer or raw manure. Additional samples were sequenced from raw manure and anaerobically digested manure. Soils and amendments were incubated together and additional samples were sequenced from days 2 and 16 of the incubations.
