Flow Cytometry and complete blood count notes.
FACS File naming:
The first number represents the trial participant I.D., as follows
High dose = 110, 116, 128, 130, 315, 316, 324,
Low dose = 132, 137, 140, 328, 359, 363, 382, 386, 391, 394, 396
Placebo = 301, 318, 384
J represents the day post-immunisation of blood sampling, e.g. J0 is day 0, i.e. the baseline blood sample.
After the participant ID, the file name describes the Ab staining targets for FL-1 to FL-4 respectively. e.g. 56 = CD56, or 30 = NKp30. Please see the associated publication, Pejoski et. al, 2020, in npj Vaccines for a description of all of the Abs used in the study.
Files labelled 'cellules' are unstained samples.
