Ascites-derived CDCP1+ extracellular vesicles subcluster as a novel biomarker and therapeutic target for ovarian cancer 

The data in this project is based on detection of exosome proteins via proximity barcoding assays. we submitted 3 datasets, including basic quantification and quality control of each sample's data volume; the total protein expression of each sample; the protien combinations on single exosomes.
