Raw transcriptome assembly of Crinum x powellii (leaves, roots, bulbs, and in vitro cultures of calli grown in light (14h:10 light:dark cycles) or dark (24hs dark) and 2 mg/L or 4 mg/L of the synhetic auxin 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid) performed with the transcriptome assembler Trinity version 2.14.0, using default parameters.

Plant growth protocol, RNA extraction and sequencing, quality control and annotation are described in the associated publication and raw reads  were submitted to NCBI SRA under the BioProject PRJNA962562.
