WGS sequencing, assembly, and annotation

TIGR sequenced the Aspergillus clavatus strain NRRL 1 genome at 11.4X coverage using whole genome shotgun (WGS) sequencing. Version 3 of the genome assembly consists of 231 contigs in 143 scaffolds. The genome assembly has undergone automated annotation.
